ELBA EDITORIAL, based in Barcelona, is a publishing house that was created with the aim of bringing together a collection of books that leave their mark through the ideas, poetic landscapes or the vision of the particular worlds they evoke. The search for titles covers a very wide field, ranging from a narrated journey to a poetics, and also includes books of memoirs, letters and biographies. The limits of the field lie in the fact that they are not books of current affairs or of the moment. They neither follow fashion nor go out of fashion.

SALAD MARKET, based in Barcelona, is a fast-food and healthy restaurant chain that was created with the aim of offering a good personalised salad, made with fresh produce of the day and at a very good price. It currently has 11 establishments in Barcelona and aims to become the best gastronomic alternative.
DEVICARE, based in Cerdanyola del Vallés, is a biotechnology company dedicated to the development of products for the treatment of urological pathologies. The company currently has 10 urological products, 35 international patents, 40 scientific publications, and distribution agreements in more than 50 countries. Its goal is to improve the lives of patients suffering from urological disorders and diseases.
MILLE COLLINES, is a Cape Town based sustainable fashion company that uses African craftsmanship to create designs that endure over time and emotionally connect the consumer to the continent's culture. It was founded in 2009 and has two flagship shops in Nairobi and Cape Town. The company manufactures all its products in Africa and its designs do not follow trends. The products are sold worldwide through its own online shop and can also be found in shops around the world such as South Africa's international airports or the American chain Anthropologie.
Avenida Diagonal 579, Barcelona. Very representative multi-tenant high-end office building with a spectacular granite and stone façade on Avinguda Diagonal, in the heart of the CBD. The building was designed by the renowned architects Antonio Cruz and Antonio Ortiz. The 11-storey building has fabulous views of the city and the Collserola natural park. It has a surface area of approximately 10,200sqm leased to several prestigious companies, including McKinsey, Julius Baer, Arrow and LHH, as well as being the headquarters of Emesa. It also has a large shopping area which currently houses an H&M flagship shop.
Avenida Diagonal 191, Barcelona. Minimalist building of 20,700sqm designed by the architectural firm GCA, which is already an iconic element that rises majestically in the new business district of 22@, a neighborhood that has become one of the city's business and cultural epicenters. Formed by two towers that reach 72 meters high, it has been designed according to the rigorous energy efficiency standards of the US Green Building Council for obtaining LEED certification in GOLD category. In 2017 the building received the Catalunya Construcció award, granted by the Association of Quantity Surveyors of Barcelona (CAATEEB). The building houses the headquarters of the prestigious law firm Cuatrecasas.
Avenida Diagonal 632, Barcelona. Building with a singular façade, isolated volume at the confluence of Avenida Diagonal with Avenida Sarrià. It was designed by the architect Francesc Mitjans (author among other projects of the Camp Nou) and it has an area of approximately 1,900sqm. The building is currently leased to Deutsche Bank, being its flagship office in Barcelona.
Avenida Diagonal 444, Barcelona. Emblematic building located in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia, designed by Enric Sagnier i Villavecchia. Known as the Catalan Flatiron, it has three façades facing Diagonal, Paseo de Gràcia and Carrer Córcega, making it an icon of the city of Barcelona. It has a total surface area of 3,300sqm, currently leased to the company WeWork.
Ctra. de Palafrugell a Torroella de Montgrí, Gualta. 4-star hotel with 86 rooms located in l'Empordà Golf, one of the best golf resorts in Catalonia in the heart of the Baix Empordà region. The building, with a metal structure and wooden façade, was designed by the renowned architect Carlos Ferrater. The hotel was partially refurbished in 2020 in order to modernize it and bring it up to the standards required by the new operator, Empordà Golf Club, which intends to turn the Terraverda into a reference sports hotel in the area.
Calle de la Garrotxa 10, El Prat de Llobregat. 6,000sqm multi-tenant office building located in the Mas Blau business park. The building has been recently refurbished to improve energy efficiency and user comfort. Mas Blau is a business park located in the surroundings of Barcelona airport and only 20’ away from the city center, to which it is directly connected through the L9 metro line. The building’s current tenants include TÜV Rheinland, Dräguer and Herport, among others.
Calle de la Garrotxa 2-4, El Prat de Llobregat. 8,200sqm corporate office building located in the Mas Blau business park. Mas Blau is a business park located in the surroundings of Barcelona airport and only 20’ away from the city center, to which it is directly connected through the L9 metro line.
Avenida d’Ahrensburg, Esplugues de Llobregat. Development project for a new 90,000sqm area in the municipality of Esplugues de Llobregat, which will include office, hotel, student residence and commercial uses. The area, which will also have 18,000sqm of green areas, will be located at the foot of the Collserola natural park, equidistant from the center of Barcelona and the airport, and is destined to become a business and services park of reference in the area surrounding the city of Barcelona. Emesa owns 37,100sqm in this area.
Calle Pallars-Calle Badajoz, Barcelona. Development project for a new area of 16,268sqm on Calle Badajoz, in the heart of the 22@ business district, a neighborhood that has become one of the city's business and cultural epicenters. The area will include among its uses tertiary activity, housing, both free and subsidised, and commercial. The area will also have 2,617sqm for green areas and public facilities. Emesa owns 61% of the surface of this area.
Empordà Golf, Gualta. Development project of 18 high standing flats in the Empordà Golf resort, one of the best golf resorts in Catalonia located in the heart of the Baix Empordà region.
